Screen sharing usually means downloading software, creating an account and accepting that your video runs through somebody else's server. Here the connection is WebRTC: once the room is set up, video and audio travel straight from your browser to the viewer's.
The server only handles the introduction — it swaps the addresses the browsers need to find each other and it delivers chat messages. No picture or sound passes through it, and nothing is recorded.

Is the stream recorded anywhere?
No. The video never touches the server and nothing is stored. When the last participant leaves, the room stops existing along with the chat history.
